Solenoid Coil Restoration / Duplication

We have decades of experience refurbishing and duplicating electrical coils. We have the knowledge, tools, and technology at our disposal to ensure the work is done properly and in a timely manner. Depending on the situation, we may need to know the following:

 

• What voltage is the coil currently?
  
• Are you changing voltages?
  
• Is the mechanism designed for the new voltage? (When changing from DC to AC primarily.)
  
• Where does the coil sit? / What is around the coil? (Usually pictures work best. Depending on the coil we may have to change the dimensions a little to fabricate.)
  
• Do you have the resistance or operating amperage of the coil?
  
• Measurements of the components where the coil rests. (Armature, core, etc.)
