Specialty Coils / Custom Coils

 

Do you have a custom coil that you need duplicated? Are you in product development and need a coil? We can help! We have a CNC Router and CNC Coil winders in house. We can produce coils to your exact specifications, just ask. Depending on the situation, we may need to know the following:

 

• What voltage is the coil currently?
  
• Are you changing voltages?
  
• Is the mechanism designed for the new voltage? (When changing from DC to AC primarily.)
  
• Where does the coil sit? / What is around the coil? (Usually pictures work best. Depending on the coil we may have to change the dimensions a little to fabricate.)
  
• Do you have the resistance or operating amperage of the coil?
  
• Measurements of the components where the coil rests. (Armature, core, etc.)
